Rule of Thumbnail is a free tool that lets you upload a YouTube thumbnail and preview how it would appear in a mock YouTube homepage feed. The Service is provided for informational and creative purposes only.

You retain all rights to the thumbnails and metadata you upload. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to upload such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable law.
Uploaded thumbnails are processed in your browser to render the preview and are not stored on our servers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or interfere with its operation;
- Use the Service to deceive viewers or impersonate other channels or brands.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, mock thumbnails, and branding, is owned by eightyfour s. r. o. and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission.
6. Third-party trademarks
YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Rule of Thumbnail is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that previews accurately reflect YouTube's actual behaviour.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eightyfour s. r. o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of your use of the Service.
9. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version takes effect when published on this page.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Slovak courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
